I’m a choreographer, dancer, teacher, and body researcher, currently based between Israel and the Netherlands. The artistic practice I’ve developed over the years is rooted in listening to fluctuation. Both the subtle shifts that emerge from an inner sense of otherness, and those that unfold within the living-structural mechanism operating between anatomy, cognition, and biography. My work lives in the seam between choreography and curation, created in and with living materials. It holds a gaze on what I call “the human form”. It is a peeling gaze, one that stretches the physical, emotional, and artistic layers. A kinesthetic tension that returns us to the essence of being, to what unfolds when narratives no longer dictate how we look or think.
Over time, I’ve come to experience choreography as a form of togetherness. A space where human vulnerable moments can echo, shared and held collectively. I believe everyone brings their own way of knowing, and meaning unfolds through that shared presence. It’s subtle, sometimes hard to grasp, and yet it moves me deeply! My works have been presented in festivals in Israel and internationally, including Moving Futures (Netherlands), Machol Shalem, Tel-Aviv Dance, among others. I am a recipient of the ATLAS Choreography Scholarship at ImpulsTanz (2023), and participated in the first edition of the 1|2|3 program for emerging creators at the Suzanne Dellal Centre (2020). I hold a B.A. in Dance from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, an M.A. in Art Education from Hamidrasha, and I am a graduate of biannual choreography program at Kelim Center (2019). Beyond the studio, I am also a mother, a Yin Yoga and Pilates instructor, and a constant learner- currently exploring fascia, dramaturgy, and curatorial practices. All of these weave together into the cloud of consciousness from which I create and through which I view the world.
כוריאוגרפית, רקדנית, מורה וחוקרת גוף, חיה ופועלת בימים אלה בין ישראל להולנד. הפרקטיס האמנותי שפיתחתי עם השנים נטוע בהקשבה לתנודות. אלה שקורות מתוך חוויה של אחרות פנימית (otherness), ואלה שקורות במנגנון הצורני-החי הפועל בין שדות האנטומיה, הקוגניציה והביוגרפיה. השריטה שלי נמצאת בתפר שבין כוריאוגרפיה ואוצרות מתוך / ועם חומרים חיים. יש במלאכה הזו מבט על 'הצורה האנושית', כפי שאני מכנה אותה, מבט מקל ף, כזה שמייצר מתיחה פיזית-רגשית-אמנותית, מתיחה קינסטטית שמחזירה למהות הקיום, למה שקורה כשנרטיבים לא מכתיבים מבט או ידיעה.
במסע ההתהוות שלי כאמנית הבנתי שכוריאוגרפיה עבורי היא צורה להיות בה ביחד (togetherness), להדהד רגעים אנושיים, רגעי פגיעות, ואיך זו בעצם הזמנה לכולם לא להיות בהם לבד. אני מאמינה שכל אחת.ד יודעים אחרת, הידע, והמשמעות מגלים את עצמם דרך כל אחת.ד מהנוכחים - זה אולי חמקמק אבל זה מרגש אותי! עבודותיי הציגו בפסטיבלים בישראל ובעולם ביניהם ‘Moving Futures’ הולנד, 'מחול שלם', 'פסטיבל נפגשות' ועוד. זוכת מלגת ATLAS לכוריאוגרפיה מטעם פסטיבל (ImpulsTanz (2023. השתתפתי במהדורה הראשונה של תכנית 3|2|1- הבמה ליוצרים חדשים של מרכז סוזן דלל (2020). בעלת תואר ראשון במחול מטעם 'האקדמיה למוסיקה ומחול' בירושלים, תואר שני בחינוך לאמנות מטעם 'המדרשה' ובוגרת התכנית לכוריאוגרפיה במרכז 'כלים'(2019). מעבר לסטודיו אני גם אמא, מדריכת ין יוגה ופילאטיס, כותבת למגירה, ותמיד לומדת- כרגע על פאשיה, דרמטורגיה ואוצרות. כל אלה רוקמים יחד את ענן התודעה שממנו אני יוצרת ומביטה על העולם.
